I've been aware for ages of a small lump on the back of my shoulder, or top of my back depending how you look at it. I can't see it, only feel it. No pain. In the mirror its always looked reddish-pink to me (I'm quite fair skinned). Probably had it over year.
Today my kids noticed it as they were sat in behind me in the car. Both then started chatting how it was bigger than they remembered & not so pink. One took a photo which I'll attach.
I've not thought too much about it as no pain & its not mole-brown but now I'm wondering... should I be monitoring / worried..? Any idea what it is??
