Lump in groin

I've got a marble sized lump right where my leg crease is, on the tendon-y bit, where knickers would sit. It's quite hard and movable. I had one in the same place months back but I squeezed it and it went down, there's nothing to squeeze on this, no head etc.

What on earth is it? It's not really painful, just gets a bit sore if something rubs against it. Do I need to see a GP? I'd say it's been there for about a month with no change.

Any advice on how to treat it?

Sounds like it might be a cyst, but I think you should see a GP.

Could actually be an inguinal or femoral hernia.
Yep, you need a GP

Lymph node? No one on the internet can diagnose this for you though - you need to see your GP.

Yeah GP is probably the best bet, you're all right. Was just wondering if there was anything I could do at home first. I'll give them a ring
