Working out with anchilles tendonitis

I've got tight calves and sore tendons - one leg/foot worse than the other, but in both.

Been doing stretches for about a week, had acunpuncture.

I suspect i'm not loading right.

But I haven't worked out in 2 weeks. When is it safe to go back? I mostly do weights/HITT type circuits
