My feet!

For a while now I've had issues with my feet. They either feel like they're freezing cold or burning hot, though they're normal to touch. I also get the most annoying itching in my heels!

Any idea? I'm 37.

Are you wearing different shoes because it is summer? I sometimes get a weird burning on part of the sole of my foot, but I think it is linked to a certain pair of shoes I wear in summer as it never happens in wintertime.

Nerve damage? Caused by diabetes or vitamin deficiency?

If you have hard skin on your soles it could cause pressure which will be painful with every step.
A visit to a chiropodist is well worthwhile.

Have you been tested for diabetes recently?
