So has anyone been on the pill and not had a bleed during the 7-day break?

I am usually as regular as clockwork during the 7 day break but it is now well over a day since I would normally have had a bleed....and nothing at all. Not even feeling remotely 'period' like which I usually do.

Can this happen (it has never happened to me before in 15 years of taking the pill!) or does it mean I am pg?????

That's happened to me a few times in the 10 years I took the pill, and always after I'd been on a long-haul flight. Twice I didn't have any bleed at all, and other times my bleed was delayed by about 4 days (long enough to worry about being pg!)
But if it's never happened to you before, then I guess you should take a pg test, just in case. Good luck!

I've had this before, spoke to gp as started happening regularly he said it was nothing to worry about but maybe you should do a test just in case. (I fell pg on pill)

It used to happen to me a lot, on certain types of pill. Probably no help to you if you've not changed recently!

Yes it can happen, especially if you are under stress, perhaps taking other medication etc. First things I would do is check that you have not missed or taken any pills late in this pack. I would do a pregnancy test just to be sure as well, but if it is negative i would reassure you that it is 'one of those things' and not to worry unless you don't have a bleed in next months pill free week. If thats the case, then I would pop down to your GP's or local clinic to find out what's going on. In the meantime, make sure you start your next pack on time and keep taking your pills as normal.

i've just had this. my bleed started the day i started the next pack of pills but only lasted less than a day. have done a pg test and negative so will only worry if it happens again.

Thanks for the advice. Have done a test which was negative so I guess it is just 'one of those things'.
