Sore mouth

My mouth is so sore and has been for about 2 weeks now. Feels like ulcers all over but nothing visible. Gums feel tight and it is the inside of my lips as well. Bought some anti gingivitis mouth wash and my mouth felt like it was on fire. Anyone else experienced anything like this?

Also inside of mouth feels sort of spongy if that makes sense.

Omg, me, right now.

Since April I have had a line of mouth ulcers across the inside of my bottom lip that last about ten days, go away for a week and then return. Initially I thought it was because my b12 injections had been cancelled due to lockdown but it's still happening. Now, for about two weeks, my mouth and tongue have been sore and burning. It's really bad today and when I've looked I've got large ulcers along both edges of my tongue. No idea what this is but it's so painful.

I know I should go to the doctor's/ dentist but I'm scared. That's stupid isn't it!

See a pharmacist, could be thrush.

Coeliac Disease can give you a sore mouth.
