I had an openhemorrhoidectomy almost 12 months ago (and have had pain all that time... but that's another story) and this week have managed to find myself with a thrombosed hemorrhoid just inside the anus. More like a thrombosed vein than a hem as it's not sticking out.
I have sheriproct ointment. Any other great tips to help it resolve naturally? I can't bear the thought of another hemorrhoid being landed. I'm taking a bath with table salt in it morning and night, but I can't take any more time off work. Please help!
