bed wet

Omg I'm so so embarrassed, for first time since I was a kid I wet bed last time I dreamt i was on toilet n just came out then I jumped up .. please tell me I'm not only one 😪 my oh knows or as idea but I keep telling him I didn't cause I'm so embarrassed . Now I'm worried will keep happening.

I've done it before. Also dreamt I was on the toilet. Didn't happen again.

Im nervous to sleep in bed again . Scrubbed n cleaned it so much today, just wish could scrub the embarrassing situation away

Had you been drinking or taken a sleeping tablet or new medication?
Are you very stressed at the minute. Those things might be a factor, or a UTI might make your bladder overactive.

No drinking or meds but I'm always stressed n never happened before 😒
