Exhausted and in pain

I had my lovely baby boy 8.5 months ago and for the last six months I've been ridiculously tired all the time. Plus pains in my hip, lower back, foot, shoulders...I basically feel like I am falling apart. I suppose I want to ask - is this normal? It doesn't feel normal but I've never had a baby before. I don't want to waste a doctor's time but getting through the day is becoming more of a challenge. Anyone any experience of this?

The pains could be because of holding/carrying a child. The tiredness could be because being a mum is exhausting. However, it is worth speaking to a Dr.
Plenty of mums struggle on, thinking that tired is normal, when caring for a baby but the pain & tiredness could turn out to be thyroid, ferritin, B12 or Vitamin D issues. Speak to a Dr so they can at least rule out any underlying causes.
