If at 18 months DD developed pneumonia 10 days after MMR, would you MMR booster at 4?

or go for singles

am now trying to decide what to do .. she becomes altered at high temps (had febrile episodes as a baby) so it is rather concerning when she's ill

at the time the doctors were all at pains to inform me the pneumonia wasn't connected to MMR, even though I never suggested it was ... I think her body was too weakened by the 3 live vaccines to fight the pneumonia virus at the time

I agree twiglet-it makes sense to me that a little immune system can NOT fight so many virus' at once particularly if fighting a rip-roaring bacterial infection like pneumonia poor little lamb!!

Follow your instinct- at least with singles she's covered & you won't worry so much. If she happens to pick up a cold/other bug at the same time at least she's a bit older & bigger to fight it!

God it's a worry isn't it?
