Surgical extraction of tooth

I have to have a previous root canalled tooth removed under a surgical extraction. I’m a nervous wreck about it. What can I expect? Is it as bad as I fear? It’s being done under local anaesthetic at the dental practice.

It will be okay, I would personally say more pleasant than root canal and much quicker. Just try and stay calm and visualise a nice sandy corona free beach 🏝
