I think I might be having my first ever migraine, I woke up this morning with a painful headache, no agonising but painful and my entire head feels kind of numb and buzzy, like when you have severe goosbumps, feels like my skin is creeping.
Has anyone else had this?

I have them or rather I am now used to them and they don't trouble me that much. I also have sinus headaches and I find them worse than migraines. Why do you think you have migraine if it is your first time? In my experience migraines are triggered anytime during the day, will last for days(come and go) and don't go away with paracetamol. Sinus headache usually start early morning and triggered by congestion, varying temperature ( when it was quite warm when you slept and became colder overnight). Sometimes go away on their own and other time keeps getting worst with head and neck movement. Hot water bottle works better than painkillers.
