Lump behind ear?

I found a small pea sized very hard lump Under the skin behind my ear lobe last night, isn’t red or sore and doesn’t feel anything like a spot. I’m now worrying like mad as to what it could be. Anyone had this before? Don’t have any other symptoms of illness that I’m aware of.

Sounds like a gland.

That’s what I thought too, but couldn’t understand why it would be up if I’m not ill.

Possibly a whitehead?

Probably a sebaceous cyst, I had one and it disappeared after a week or two

I had this couple of months ago. I kept feeling it to see if it was still there that I made it hurt. I wasn’t poorly so convinced myself it wasn’t a gland. It disappeared after about 2 weeks.
