Help with my symptoms

I’ve been having these symptoms since December, had bloods came back clear. Now just waiting for an X-ray

• left foot moves in towards my right foot and turns outwards, so walk on the outer part of foot
• toes tingle
• and sometimes walk on toes on left foot.

Do you wear thin soled sandals or flat shoes? If your feet lack proper support shoes then they start moving inwards because you are supporting your shoes instead of shoes supporting you. Try ortholetic soles or sandals with thick soles which support your arches, you also get socks with arch and heel support.

My foot will move on it’s own without shoes on too.
