Lyme or Ringworm?

I'm waiting for a call back from (usually) not-on-the-ball GP, and would love any opinions.

This looks like ringworm to me but has a raised bump in the middle which is making me concerned it's a bite. We're in the SE, we have foxes and squirrels but no deer!

No tick seen, we haven't left the garden in the last week or two, no long grass but some low weeds and bushes/small trees. Also only had 1m apart visits from two other children so I'm wondering how it's spread if ringworm.

I wouldn’t jump to the conclusion that it was either ringworm or Lyme personally.

My skin reacts like that whenever I have a mosquito bite.

I would in my non trained opinion go for ringworm.

See the pharmacist, however I researched on line that its good to use two types of fungicidal I used canister and daktarin, one morning one at night, was 5/6 weeks before it went and I had to be so clean about towels and bedding etc.
