Spot on mole

So today I woke up with a kind of tender mole located on my back, I've looked at it and I can see a very small white spot on it. Is it possible to get a pimple on a mole? I do get a lot of spots on my back. I'm so worried about this though.

Yes, i have had little spots on a mole before, get someone to take a photo and keep an eye on it.

Thank you for your message. It doesn't feel tender today and as far as I can tell the white spot has gone. I think I may have caught it on my bra strap. Will definitely pay attention to this mole from now on though.
