I ahve had reflux/heartburn type thing for 2 days now

I'm taking Omeprazole/Losec which i get on prescription, but its very sore and very annoying. Is there anything I can do to stop it or at least make it less painful?

I also on losec, was told by doc that I could double the dose if I needed to. Obviously depends on what dose U on first. Perhaps ask if u can
