My friend is coming to the end of 6 months of intensive treatment for her cancer and myself and our 'gang' want to buy her a present. We bought her a tree to celebrate the end of her chemo but we wanted to get something like a luxury beauty product that may help following her treatment to alleviate the effects of the radiation therapy.... any ideas of what others found particularly useful????

Be very careful about giving anything that goes on her skin/scalp at the moment. Both these treatments can cause dryness/ soreness for as long as a year even after treatment stops. This can include finger and toe nails. I was prescribed creams by the radiologist.
When I ended treatment I would have liked 1. open toes slippers while my toe nails were reforming/growing back 2. More stylish clothes /accessories 3. a good clean of my house

That you very much LOVELYDOVY05 for your reply, We want to buy our friend everything as we're so proud of her and in awe of what she and everyone who has been through this awful ordeal have endured. I shall take your reply into consideration, I had a good idea that theres not a lot of luxury beauty products that would be suitable.
