Does this have a specific name?

Does inside this area have a specific name or is just the bottom of thumb/thumb base palm side? I have looked at images but just cant work it out. Thankyou.

If you were a couple of mm lower I'd say you were pointing to the thenar eminence, but think you're slightly above it.
