What do I do now?

I have a large ovarian cyst which I was due to have removed via keyhole surgery before the COVID stuff happened.

I had had my pre operative assessment except they couldn't get any blood from me so they booked me an appointment with my GP surgery to have blood taken there. Then COVID happened and that appointment was cancelled.

I don't really know what to do now... I don't even know if my pre op assessment is still valid? Do I contact my GP first? I did have contact information for the specific hospital department but I stupidly through it away when I was decluttering.

I am not sure but I don't think your pre op assessment is still valid. Do you still have your hospital no (you are awarded a unique no) . If you have that then you can call hospital reception and they will forward you to appointment office. If not then call your GP, if they had request for bloods then they will have a record of hospital no. If the blood test is for your blood type only then they need 2 blood test done. One can be done on the same day at hospital 2 hrs before your surgery.
