Allergic reaction to patch test?

Ive been to the same salon for two years and I get highlights. Ive never had a patch test and shes asked me to get one. I just went and about 20 mins later my ear is burning my skin has scabbed and its very red. Ive wiped it off but is this something I need to see a doctor about?

I don't think so but i wouldn't use it on the rest of your head!

No doctor necessarily but you need the ingredients of whatever she used.

And hydrocortisone on your skin to heal and stop infection

No but you can't use the colour! Make sure you make a note of what brand / concentration is was. The hairdresser should help you find something you are hopefully not allergic to. Not that you have had a reaction you really need to patch test every time.

I've developed an allergy to hair dye since having kids. The only thing I can have now is foils.

Lucky you had a patch test. I didn’t do one and tonight got a rash Sad
How is it now? Put some hydrocortisone on and maybe have an antihistamine. You don’t need to tell the doctor though.
