Eczema in ears

I’ve suffered with this for years! Been prescribed steroid cream, otomise spray when they get infected but nothing seems to keep it at bay for a long time. I do scratch them half asleep too which doesn’t help.
Does anyone have any miracle treatments they have used?

I live with eczema, a huge part of my problem is dryness in my skin. Are you moisturising the area enough?

I know it's your ears but add in olive oil drops to keep it from drying out should help the itch

I have psoriasis. It used to be an awful lot worse and I had to have radical treatment for it. These days I get small patches on my elbows, just above my bum and under my breasts which I keep an eye on with steroid cream.
I have always had it inside my ears and it drives me crazy. I put steroid drops in to ease the itching but it's an ongoing situation. Every day I clean them with cotton buds, it's all I can do.
I have not tried putting olive oil in but I think I might try it.

Eumovate cream (clobetasone)
Also previously betnovate (betamethasone) a scalp-steroid liquid

Only pretty strong steroids, hydrocortisone is useless

I also live with eczema I can imagine how painful it would be in your ears. My worst was when I got it on the soles of my feet. Hope it clears up quickly
