Cold pain in breast

So every so often nowadays I get this cold pain in my right breast. It's really sore and painful and like I've stuck my boob in the fever. Seems to last a few days and then disappear for weeks and then come back.

I've checked and it doesn't seem to be a symptom for cancer or anything sinister (my mum died of breast cancer so I am very cautious in those things).

I take antihistamines and meant to take iron tablets although I can admittedly be a little Lax at taking them though I've been more religious on it for the last week or so now.

I have a merina coil which is due to expire next month. I haven't had a period in 5 years so no idea if it's hormonal or anything.

I am deff not pregnant.

Any ideas? Or how to soothe it at least?

Thanks

What is a cold pain? Do you mean a general feeling of cold in your right breast.
Never had it but I have a cold heartburn. Same like heartburn but instead of having burning feeling in my chest I have this cold feeling on my chest. I looked up on internet and it said it happens when you a swollen/sore/scalloped tongue. My tongue was sore because of allergies at that time. I took some vitamin b and it sorted the issue.
Not sure if you have the same thing though.
