Chest Pain.. Costochondritis?

I've been suffering with worsening chest pain for a while. Last week or so it has become excruciating and ended up in a+e a few days ago. Had ECG, bloods and chest x-ray, all looked fine.
I'm wondering what could be causing this pain. Its horrendous and obviously distressing due to it being in the chest. It hurts to take deep breaths and to badically move at this point. I suffer abit with health anxiety so I'm aware that doesn't help.

Anyone experienced this and have any suggestions? I've taken co-codamol today and used hot water bottle but get no relief.

That sounds awful! Flowers I'm not sure it quite fits for me.
I'm wondering if maybe LPR.. am currently awaiting a CT scan and doctor is saying either chronic sinisitus or LPR but unsure if it causes chest pain.

Assuming A&E did thorough tests and ruled out anything serious. Maybe it’s muscular. Are you in a position where you can properly rest for a few days?
Do remember to breathe deeply every now and then to expand your lungs fully - I was told this after muscular chest pain to prevent pneumonia.
