Pelvic pain

Help.
I've suffered from pelvic pain for nearly 40 years and am at the end of my tether. I've been to the Drs countless times and tried everything they've suggested. Theyve taken my uterus and ovaries in two different ops, I've had cameras everywhere else, the now go to answer its all in your head. Which is fine if they helped me through it, unfortunately its usually meant in a derogatory manner and as youre making it all up. I'm in daily pain.
I don't know where else to seek help from, I am really desperate. Please if you have any suggestions of an organisation, professional or active self help group that deals with this issue I would be so very grateful.

@LordOftheRingz Thanks for replying. I've only recently heard about this, and am very interested. I tried to find a local practitioner but not had any success as yet. In North UK.
Did you self refer or did a Dr make the recommendation? Do you think it has helped you?

I gave up with the doctors and just researched it online and found some excercises on youtube. Yes, because I had (tmi) anal fissures that would not heal, and haemorrhoids. Urinary urgency, and a pulling feeling all the time, for some reason I seem to hold all my tension in that area, and if I am mindful I realise and relax it.
