Water Infection :-(

Hi everyone hoping someone can help me out, ive been on antibiotics for three days for a water infection but im
Still having to go for a wee constantly and having tummy cramps, not sure what to do with it being the weekend:-(

I have one too. Since it was the beginnings of one, GP prescribed only a 3-day course of antibiotics. I took last one Friday morning. She told me it would take until sometime over the weekend to recover.

GP also told me to drink lots of fluids and go to the loo frequently. Hope you feel better soon.
