Any idea what this is? (Pic included)

I've got these sores on the roof of my mouth, started with one. Not massively sore

but quite irritating. Anyone have an idea of what they could be?

They look like run of the mill mouth sores, and quite often they are caused by vitamin deficiency.

Ooh thank you... recently had blood, they were all fine. I'll salt water gargle and get some multivits.
