Bad ovulation pains with coil?

Hi,

Iv had the copper coil for 2 years and every single month when the ovulation pains hit I always think “that’s it I’m having it out”. Im currently suffering, I’m wondering if anyone else has it? It feels like a really dull painful ache really low down. Does anyone else suffer?

I had a mirena and it gave me pains like i'd never had before and not had since it was removed (read fell out)

I had Mirena years ago and the ovulation pains were awful, they ran down my left leg such that if standing I could not put weight on that leg. I endured for six months and had it taken out and the pains disappeared straight away.
I then got sterilised instead and we had completed our family.
