Pain after D&C: when to worry

I had a D&C for a missed miscarriage yesterday. They said to expect mild cramping afterwards.

I was fine when I got home but today I feel like I’ve been punched in the womb and I have to sort of bed over while walking because straightening hurts. Is this normal or should I worry?

Bump as I am really starting to worry.

I've had one and I have to confess I had pain like a stabbing pain but not to that extent - do you have a number to ring for advice
