Constant nausea NOT pregnant

Hi!!

I've had constant nausea for about a week now. Doctors have gave me some anti sickness and doing bloods for anemia. I'm not pregnant (took test) plus on implant. I've also had some sharp stabbing pains the odd time in my head. I have bad anxiety so I have obviously diagnosed myself with a brain tumour from Google!! Has anyone had similar symptoms?

Anxiety can sometimes cause nausea so it could be related.

Hi, I have anemia (low ferritin) and have these symptoms regularly. It’s horrible but don’t worry about it. They’ll prescribe iron if you need it.
The only other time I had a terrible nauseous feeling was when I had an inner ear infection and anxiety.

What about acid reflux or indigestion? It can be brought on by anxiety and can cause nausea. As for stabbing pain in the head- it can be caused by by dehydration too. Both symptoms also point to b12 deficiency which can also cause anxiety.

Thank you all for your replys. Haven't had as sore heads today but just feel very light headed and sick. The nausea is so draining especially with a 1 year old 😔 hoping it goes away soon doesn't seem to be budging.
