Burn blister

Seems a bit over the top but I burnt my finger on the oven yesterday. I kept it under cold water for 10 mins but today its turned in to a blister and quite sore. I googled it and followed the nhs guide which has said I should seek medical advice in the next four hours! It just seems a bit extreme for a burn though so thought I'd turn to MN experts! Should I really be doing anything?! I have attached a picture, hope it works. The blister is sort of a thumbnail size and quite raised...

I wouldn't seek medical advice for it tbh - is not that big. It's sore because it's under pressure from the fluid inside

Thank you! That's what I thought too 🤦🏼‍♀️
