I need some advice re cervical cancer

So for the past 18 months ive had back and side pain and irregular bleeding (i put the irregular bleeding down to have the implant in) i do have bad anxiety when it comes to my health, but today (after sex last night) ive started bleeding and theres "bits" in the blood and im getting a pain down my right leg. Im waiting on the doctors calling me back but im losing my mind right now adament ive got cervical cancer. Can anyone tell me if this sounds like i do? Or am i over thinking it?

Also to add i was due my smear in April but obviously couldnt get it due to them being cancelled just now

If you are concerned about anything OP, then absolutely go and get it checked out, but please do not panic.

The bleeding could be caused by a number of reasons.

Try and see if u can get a private test, you will get the results quicker.

They all sound like endometriosis symptoms to me.

Try not to panic about it being sinister but I would push for a gynae referral.

I should have added a bit more explanation: I get all the symptoms you mention, side and back pain, irregular periods, "bits" in period, bleeding after sex and leg pain. It's all due to my endo. You can have a laparoscopy to investigate and potentially excise any adhesions but you may need to push for this.

Endo was my first thought too.
