Has anyone experienced this affecting their menstrual cycle ? I've been taking this for anxiety and my period is 7 days late.

No I haven’t! Are you taking it every day? I take it as needed so might be different

@catsandlavender yes I am. Going through a particularly stressful period and was advised I can take 3x40mgs per day. I'm usually taking 1 in the morning and a half later on. I've always had regular cycles and I've take PG tests which all came back negative.
It could quite possibly be stress, but I have always been regular even through more stressful periods :(

Ive been on it years and it hasnt affected my periods. Intense stress does though and peri menopause these days.
