Suddenly feeling unwell with periods

I have the mini-pill a try a few months back. After 5 weeks of bleeding I came off it. I've had three normal periods since then. All if them have left me feeling sick, warm, up and down with energy and really sleepy?

I'm absolutely sick of them. Literally!

I've had two ibruprofen and two paracetamols today so far. I still don't feel great. I could cry! On my own with two little kids too.

It might be that you have low iron? I would talk to your GP but also try taking iron supplements

Just completed a course of iron and apparently my levels are fine now.
