Pain management for neck pain

I was due to go to a pain management session before Covid. What could I expect?

I have ongoing neck pain and take 1 30/500 co codamol with 1 paracetamol for pain when its bad. I have run out of co codamol now, can anyone suggest anything that would be as effective. Not Ibuprofen though.

Have you tried CBD?
