A breast issue

A short time into lockdown, a giant lump appeared in my breast. It was swollen, solid and bloody painful. I sent a wonderful picture to my GP surgery and the nurse kindly told me the huge track marks were sign of an infection. It didn't go away after 7 days double strength antibiotics nor an extra 5 days double strength. However a week after that it was gone. 2ww breast clinic said it sounded like periductal mastitis, except I don't smoke so it's strange. Prior to that I had these little spots in my under arms. Some of them were infected and some of them just looked vile. They went away finally. I didn't go to the doctor as it wasn't much but possibly relevant now. I feel another lump brewing in the same breast but different location.

I noticed today that I no longer feel the cold and sweat like an absolute pig at the slightest movement. For example, I did some squats for fifteen mins (120 calories) and the floor was slippy. The other day I did some proper exercise and when I lay with my back to the floor doing abs, the floor was soaking wet with my vileness.

Awaiting a hospital appointment when we can get in.

are these three things related? Sweaty, underarm spots and egg lump.

Has anyone had this before? I would appreciate any advice/info. I'm lying here in bed wondering if I am peri menopausal or worse. Also under consultation for raised ca125 and womb pain. On and off.

Doctor seems keen to take all breast tissue out to avoid repeat incidences. Seems extreme. Assume they would be filled with silicone instead?
