structure of soft palate in newborn

mine has got the gums but then on either side little ridges just inside of them towards front of mouth

hard to explain

others have this?

like an interior row of buds?

The buds are the baby teeth.

Yes they are the baby teeth just below the surface, totally normal.

Btw the soft palate is the roof of the mouth towards the throat, I assume this isn't the area you are talking about?

that was general thread title

got gum line all around mouth and these buds are just inside - two small ridges
