Red lump on breast

I’m panicking a bit tonight as I’ve had a small red spot on my right breast for a while now (?6 months) I noticed tonight in the mirror it’s now raised and more purple. I have googled and it could be a cherry anignoma does anyone have similar? I have tried to attach a pic

Last bump GP has referred me to dermatologist.

That is good news. Im trying to get a referral to the breast clinic, I think it will be a wait.
