Safeguarding and gp notes

My son (16, over 6ft and very strong) is verbally abusive towards me, has never been physically violent to me but smashes up his room. Nevertheless it is frightening. I have never discussed this with my gp, but have with his psychologist and with one of my hcps (who included it in a letter - I didn't know that was going to happen). Does anyone know if this is then flagged up on my gp notes in any way?

Why do you ask? Do you want the gp to know or do you have a reason for not wanting them to know?

Had to phone up for something and had a very different reaction than usual, much much more helpful. Don't really mind if they know or not. Just curious.
