Just looking for a bit of reassurance I think. I'm 30 and I normally have a very regular cycle, 6 days long every 26 - 29 days with a heavy flow but manageable. I had a large ovarian cyst removed in December but had a normal cycle since, until now. For a few days at the beginning of the week I had sore breasts which never happens to me, then yesterday I started my period on day 14 of my cycle which is 2 weeks early. This has never happened either. I have been under a fair amount of stress with work so I'm thinking it's because of that but I'm just worried because as I said I am always very regular.
Has this happened to anyone else? Has it been a one off or has there been anything underlying?
