I think it’s just paracetamol and caffeine and maybe some magical extra ingredient - usually stock up in Spain but obviously have been grounded for weeks. Anybody know what I can get over the counter here that will be as effective for the yuckier cold symptoms (like just generally feeling shit with a sore throat)?
