Why do I have one itchy boob?

Why do I have one boob that is so itchy I want to use sandpaper on it?
My other one is happy, minding its own business

But oh my gods! This is Day 3!

There is nothing to see, no change in texture, no new bra, soap etc. No dry skin.
I've been on HRT for a year, no problems.

I have had antihistamine tablets and smothered it in Lanacane cream. I've taken my bra off and I'm wearing the softest thing I can. It's not the whole boob but quite a large area.

What can I do to stop the itch? And Dr Google says breast cancer is a possibility so slap me about on that one.

I think you should call the gp to get checked out.

Definitely get it checked out by your GP but in the main time wash it well and put some aloe vera on for the itch. Could be a fungal infection.

I'd imagine a fungal infection would show? And it's on the top, so not underneath in the dark!
I'm hoping it's just menopause related and not anything scary.

I've got hydrocortisone cream coming via Amazon today.
Might try athletes foot cream in the meantime
