Leg weakness and tingling

have a history of low back problems, bulging discs and sciatica. Pain has been OK lately. Went out for a jog last night and my left leg became very weak, heavy and had to hobble home with pins and needles. I'm struggling to lift my leg is much as the other one and stairs are an issue. Is this my lower back? No bladder or bowel issues, don't want to bother my gp right now but I thought it would be better today. Should I wait and see?

Where I live you can self refer under the NHS to a physio. Perhaps you can too? My friend has similar symptoms, got a physio appointment by video call the next day. (When not in lockdown it takes weeks). The physio is really helping.

Thank you
