Tooth advice

This is quite embarrassing but I have just noticed a black decay type patch underneath a molar on one of my top teeth. I'm 22 weeks pregnant and been googling and starting to panic it's going to affect the baby. It says it can happen when pregnant due to morning sickness, change in diet etc but with dentists closed etc I don't know what to do! Has anyone experienced things happening to their teeth in pregnancy before? I'm all anxious and upset as my teeth are usually in good condition!

Just managed to get through to my dentist for advice. She has advised because it's a tooth with an old filling they can go black over time - feel a bit better but still upset! As long as no sensitivity or pain I've not to worry. So bizarre.
