Unexplained Bruises

Hoping someone medical can offer advice. Yesterday I noticed a small round circular red mark on my wrist. Looks like a bruise but is perfectly round and I don't remember hurting it. Tonight I have taken my watch off and have spotted another much larger bruise. Again I haven't one anything to hurt my arm.
Anyone have any ideas. Hoping they are just unexplained bruises and nothing to worry about. Thanks. Will post a photo

Any bruising elsewhere at all?

If not then likely you leant on or pressed against something as they are very specific in shape and position.

If other bruises then have a phone consult with GP and request a blood test just to check platelets are ok.

Thanks, no other bruises anywhere else. Just seems a strange place to bang something but I guess I must have done!
