Hayfever

Hey guys
I'm about 4/5 weeks pregnant and really struggling with hayfever . I have read that beconase which I usually take is not safe . does anybody have any ideas on anything to help ?

I asked the exact same question to my midwife/pharmacist and they told me the only one I could use was Becodefence (used to be called Prevalin) It's the nose barrier that's completely drug free. They said all of the other nose sprays like Beconase etc caused cleft palete in studies and tests against animals and it was a strong possibly it happens in humans too! 😩
