not a bad experience as such, but it didn't seem to have any effect on the colic, which is what we went to see them for in the first place...
I did feel we were easy money for them (1st time parents etc...)and they seem to want to see us quite a few times, whereas most mumsnetters will tell you you only need 1 or 2 sessions max.
It did seem to help with DS "funny shaped" head though (forceps delivery...)

Had a really creepy one who wanted to treat the baby while I was breastfeeding (she didn't need feeding).

Didn't go back.

Hi, I am not familiar with osteopathy but I do receive chiropractic treatment which I understand is very similiar. This treatment isn't a 'quick fix' or a 'miracle cure'. It takes time and to be honest, you are better having a few sessions rather than one huge long lasting session as patients can react badly to treatment at times.
If you are not happy go back and speak to the osteopath.

Not a bad experience but an embarrassing one. We took ds for colic and when he was being treated dp and I got the giggles and just couldn't stop it was deadly silent and rather embarrassing. We went back a second and third time and ds seemed alot more settled after it.
