It's kind of bruised down the side. Think it was down when my nail was a bit long and I did a long walk in my (usually v comfy) walking boots. Doesn't hurt. I'm just kind of aware of it.

Mine was like that. It did fall off, about 18 months later. It was fine until I tried an OTC fungal toenail treatment.

Ah, is it bruised. Thought it looked fungal. No idea then.

TheoneandObi · 28/05/2020 07:39

Eeeek did it hurt?

No, I think that looks OK. (OK in terms of not falling off) I'd say you need to get them cut properly though, a chiropodist or something x

My only luxury is a monthly pedicure and my toes have gone to wrack and ruin!

It doesn't look too bad, you might get away with it not dropping off. Does it feel "secure"? It might just grow out but sometimes they grow back bumpy if you've had a damaged nail.

It feels secure. I think I'm just slightly repelled by my toes in general at the moment!
