Hi all this is my first post on here........I need to buy some decent quality high strength glucosamine or similar for my knee which has started to degenerate. I've done yoga for over 20 years and am in pretty good shape but there's no ignoring the knee stiffness now. Glucosamine seems to work; when I run out (like now) I notice the difference. I've used healthspan and simply supplements before but wanted some thing better quality, something perhaps a g.p. would buy, or someone else 'in the know!' Or is there something better than glucosamine that you'd recommend?
Also does anyone have any thoughts/has tried Liposomal vitamin c?
