I am on anti d's already, strong ones as i have always suffered with bad depression.

I have felt fine for a month or 2 but now i have plummeted down again and it is co insiding with my period which is due in a few days.

I am having severe mood swings ans its nearly splitting dp and me up.

Please help!

I am extaticaly happy one minute then crying uncontrolably the next, i have no mental strenght i feel beaten down over nothing.

Charlee, I'm sorry I know nothing about depression or if it's linked with PMT but I wanted to give you this.

It's just so frustratiing, i did the right thing i got the help for my depression and everything was rosy but now i feel so low and i just can't explain it to dp at all and he just gets angry at me.

I get angry at myself for getting angry and not coping and then i feel stupid for crying hystericaly at stupid things like t.v programes ect.

CHarlee-it's horrid I know
Feels like someone has taken over your body.

I have to apologise to my family nearly every month!IT's quite scaary feeling out of control/

You could ask your GP if the ad's make it worse i suppose.

TRy the b complex supplements next month.

Mrsjaffabiffa · 20/09/2007 19:41

Go back and talk to your gp Charlee, as for dp, he has to understand, try to explain your feelings to him, it will make you or break you I'm afraid but he can not help or begin to understand if he doesn't know how you are feeling. An open honest relationship at times like this could be a real help.

My friend has started taking Starflower Oil for PMT and swears by it, am going to get some for myself as I'm turning into a Queen Bitch and the PMT is lasting longer than the non-PMT part of the month IYSWIM
